Carbo-CAP-TEC

More user-friendly.

With long running times of up to 8000 hours per year, Carbo-Force systems enable the best possible utilization. Our integrated remote monitoring also allows performance checking and optimization at any time, anywhere.

More efficient.

An individually adjustable, wide temperature range within the CAP-TEC reactor can process a variety of organic and sometimes complex input materials. From waste wood, to digestate, to sewage sludge, Carbo-FORCE plants are customizable and low maintenance.

Future-oriented.

Energy is only required to start the combustion process and for external equipment. The CAP-TEC process requires no external energy during operation and thus operates almost self-sufficiently. This was our ambition: Carbon sequestration should become possible without energy input.

Better than

self-sufficient

In addition to biochar, our plants can produce energy in various forms. The process generates far more heat energy than is needed for the carbonization process. Residual heat can therefore easily be used as district heating, or converted into electricity - for your own consumption or for feeding into the grid.

At the same time, the process releases low temperature carbonization gas, which is only partly required for partial oxidation and direct firing. Excess gas is discharged and can be used as product gas for power generation and other purposes.

Carbon for climate

Carbo-FORCE plants reduce CO2 emissions by permanently binding the greenhouse gas in biochar. The plant thus actively produces carbon removal credits that you can offer on the market or use to achieve your internal climate targets.

The carbon bound in the form of Biochar is considered a forward-looking resource. In agriculture, it can be used as a soil conditioner and fodder carbon. Its water-retaining property can help protect the green infrastructure of cities and is even finding use in the sustainable construction sector.

Are you interested in Biochar? Then contact us and we will be happy to inform you about current availability.

Versatile input

Our Carbo-CAP-TEC plants can cover a wide range of different input materials in order to optimally adapt to regional supply situations and disposal scenarios. The usable input materials range from (waste) wood, horse manure, chicken manure to digestate or sewage sludge. Almost all organic materials can be recycled.

In contrast to most pyrolysis methods, corrosive contents can also be carbonized without any problems. A flue gas recirculation system prevents slagging of the combustion chamber.

Every input is different, just like its individual marketing mix. So do not hesitate and contact us. We will inform you about input-specific requirements, funding opportunities and optimal sales channels.

Less work through innovative solutions

Carbonization plants must not devour unnecessary resources. Therefore, the innovation process does not stop with our reactors.

In order to create a system that operates as harmoniously as possible with one another, we develop many of our operational support technologies ourselves. For example, our Bigbag packing station enables us to further reduce the labor requirements of a CAP-TEC plant.

Digital solutions, such as our remote maintenance system, also make it possible to monitor and adjust equipment anywhere. And should a problem arise, we can provide support as quickly as possible.
